Mustard Oil has a high smoke point which makes it an excellent oil for frying food. It may help reduce inflammation and pain, slow cancer cell growth, block microbial growth, and enhance hair and skin health. Both can also be diluted with carrier oil and applied topically in massage oils, face masks, and hair treatments.
Heat destroys the medicinal and nutritional values of oils. Unfortunately, most commercially available oils are extracted by using heat grinders. We use a cold-pressed technique where seeds (nuts or dried vegetables) are pressed together by applying pressure.
Although less oil is extracted through this method the process does not involve an excess amount of heat or chemical solvents, therefore cold-pressed oils retain their original flavor, taste, aroma, and nutritional values
